In this instance a FASTA format has been used to summarise the peptide sequences of the representative proteins in question. This is a text based format in which amino acids are displayed as single letter codes, preceded by a description in the form of indivdual sequence names for each respective representative protein. 

 

The simplicity of this sequence allows for easy manipulation of data within the realm of bioninformatics.
